We spring forward this weekend and change our clocks for daylight savings time. I am so excited as this means it's almost time to start planting my garden. In Oklahoma the last freeze is still around April 1st...
so until it's safe I am just planning new flower combinations for this year's garden and getting inspiration from Buchart Garden in Victoria, British Columbia.

I loved my visit several years ago to this wonderful garden and can't wait until I have the opportunity to go back again.

The climate and conditions are perfect for gardening and the flowers are some of the best specimens I've ever seen.
I'm looking to forward to "springing forward" even though I lose an hour of sleep I know it signals that Spring is almost here!!
Happy Pink Saturday! Go visit Beverly at How Sweet the Sound for more inspiration.

ReplyDeleteHaven't been to Butchart Gardens since BK (before kids) at least 13 years ago. It was winter, so we toured the gardens at night in the snow by candlelight with carolers and hot cider. It was still delightful. Lovely photos. Holly:)

Butchart Gardens is my all time favorite garden! I've been several times and could return each year if only I lived closer. I'm in awe of what was created there. Love the story! Thanks for sharing your photos. Makes me eager to get back for another visit.
